Erik, the Emanant
Lore: After unknowingly being forced to murder his beloved, Erik banished himself into a tomb of energy in which nobody would find him. His sister, who had practiced dark arts, had seized his mind and forced him to kill the woman he loved. He had no memories of doing so, but knew that he would be pursued by many, so banished himself into a tomb of his own magic, which was strong but short-lasting. Years passed, and he emerged from the tomb, his entire being the same as years before. It is believed that he attempted suicide, so he now wanders Runeterra, seeking revenge on his sister and forgiveness from the spirit of his beloved.
Passive: Caki: Erik uses a special kind of resource, not mana or energy, instead uses Caki (pronounced Sackey. . . . .). His abilties rapidly drain Caki, but he regenerates it gradually (2% each second), and this regeneration increases in combat (to 5%). The maximum amount of Caki is equal to 150 + 10 x lvl (discounting 6/11/15).
If he has maximum Caki for at least 10 seconds, it begins to overload, causing energy to arc off of him to strike random nearby enemies every 2 seconds, dealing magic damage. (30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100/110/120/130/140/150/160/170/180/190/200 +20% AP).
Running out of Caki will stun you for one second as you regenerate.
Q: Armed of Caki: Toggle. When toggled on, you drain Caki rapidly (8/8/9/9/10 Caki per second) and ignite your arms in energy. Your basic attacks will deal bonus true damage equal to 10/20/30/40/50 +10% AP.
W: Chains of Emanation: Also a toggle. To toggle on, you must select a target enemy. As long as the toggle is on, you form a tether between that enemy, slowing them 10/15/20/25/30% and dealing 1/2/3/4/5 +1% AP of their max health as magic damage each second. You drain massive amounts of Caki while it is active (20/25/30/35/40 Caki each second)
E: Emanant Burst: Fires a massive shot of Caki energy in the direction of your cursor, dealing 60/80/100/120/140 +60% AP magic damage to the first target struck. It deals 40% damage to nearby enemies, and increasing allies' movement speed if they are near the explosion. It will burst if it reaches max range as well.
R: Caki's Dominance: Causes a violent outburst of Caki energy, massively increasing your Caki regeneration (to 40% each second), grants you 10/15/20% movement speed, and reduces the rate at which energy arcs of of you with full Caki to every 0.2 seconds. Effect last for 10 seconds, and at the end, you will expend all Caki, dealing true damage equal to 100/110/120% of all remaining Caki to nearby enemies and dropping your Caki to 0.
