W-PixieSpeed-User Speed is increased by 15% E-Regalia's inner focus- Pheobe can restore her health and mana by 15% or to a ally.If used With "Elemental Pixie" Active The one that is casted gain + 15% speed and magic damage for 4 secs. R-Duo-Trio-Pulse-Pheobe's Bird Pixie And Fairy Pixie Attacks with her. Bird Pixie Slow Targets,Fairy Pixie Lifesteal,And Pheobe Shoots A Magic Power
