Okay, not to be harsh, but there's a lot wrong with this.

  1. "name: Raynor" That's a Starcraft and Heroes of the Storm character. Bad idea, legally.

  2. "type: melee Fighter" Okay, but this tells us nothing about the champion thematically. Who is he? Where did he come from? How do his abilities relate to his theme?

  3. He only has one skillshot, and it's a snare. He already has an attack speed boost, a passive healing mechanic, a resistance booster, and an ult that allows him to deal consistent true damage. The LAST thing he would need is hard cc like that, it'd just be broken.

  4. You listed no scaling for said snare. Also his ult scales on bonus armor and mr...and bonus ad? I mean, I can understand the idea that it allows flexibility for him to be built as either a tank or a fighter/carry, but the rest of his kit scales on ad, including his regular resistances booster, which means building tank would be pointless unless you want to render most of his kit useless, and building ad renders the bonus effect on his ult useless.

There's more I'd like to say but these are the most prominent issues that stand out to me. Not trying to be harsh, but if you're going to put "MUST SEE" on a champion idea, you should really have a much stronger foundation, like estimated percentages for scaling on each ability, possible base stats and growth, and fully fleshed out lore.

The kit is a mess, the skills are unbalanced, there's little to no synergy or theme in this champion. It seems like you just slapped something together without much thought.

English may not be your first language, but this was very hard to read. At least capitalizing your sentences would have made it a little better.
