That's 3 skins that Gnar gets within a short period and there is still no sign of Cosmic Destoyer Vel'Koz! Please, how are skins for champs even chosen?! I want Cosmic Destoyer Vel'Koz!!

Honestly? I don't think that's a very interesting skin concept, and suffers doubly from not really knowing what "Cosmic Destroyer" is supposed to even be. Space explosions on Vel'Koz, probably, but...eh?
I think if you wanted a Vel'Koz skin you could do more interesting things with it. I'd be interested in a Kraken Vel'Koz, definitely, where his E is a whirlpool and his W is a riptide current.

As of now, I imagine the Pool Party skins are next in line, and across the threads, a few skin designers said they'd like to see a Taliyah and Taric skin in this line, so that's a heavy potential if their opinions catch the ear of whoever is in charge. Plus, they tend to be trending with skins for recently overhauled champions, since the majority of them (Taric, previously Trundle, Karma, Sivir, Sion) don't typically have a lot of skins for the very reason that their previous looks were bad and they were waiting for a visual update to launch a new skin. If anyone is in line for a brand new skin, it's Taric, considering his last skin was in 2009, 7 years ago.
