That's 3 skins that Gnar gets within a short period and there is still no sign of Cosmic Destoyer Vel'Koz! Please, how are skins for champs even chosen?! I want Cosmic Destoyer Vel'Koz!!

Because you are complaining that Gnar just got a skin about 4 months ago over Vel'koz, who literally just got his own skin last month. Some skins are picked for the same champ in a short amount of time but I have never seen them give 2 skins to one champ in only a month. Also it was longer than a month between beast hunter and draven draven too. They might give Vel another skin soon but it wont be for a while, it has been too little time for them to even come up with a concept, let alone draw out the concept, model it on the computer, etc, especially when there are so many more things they are currently working on. The new client for example.

Those things actually have very little impact on each other, as the Client and Skins are both worked on by two entirely different departments of the company and have their own teams devoted to them.

Stlll, they are not going to start coming up with a new skin for a champ that literally just got a skin a month ago. There are other champs who really need skins and haven't gotten one in a while. Tbh, I'm always up for a Zac skin, seeing as he's one of those champs that will wait long periods of time inbetween skins since his model is so weird. I'd love to see a debonair Zac, he even says in game "I should get a suit" or something along those lines so it'd make sense. His little blobs could wear bowties it'd be adorable.

There are some champs who I don't even remember the last time they got a skin though

Yeah no. They may have been released in short succession of each other but both skins were low tier (750 and 500) being nothing really new was found in them other then an outfit change and an enlarged head. Draven Draven was was also Limited Edition, meaning it will likely never be seen again. So you can't really count like the others as it's not in store and won't be back :)

Honestly? I don't think that's a very interesting skin concept, and suffers doubly from not really knowing what "Cosmic Destroyer" is supposed to even be. Space explosions on Vel'Koz, probably, but...eh?

I think if you wanted a Vel'Koz skin you could do more interesting things with it. I'd be interested in a Kraken Vel'Koz, definitely, where his E is a whirlpool and his W is a riptide current.

As of now, I imagine the Pool Party skins are next in line, and across the threads, a few skin designers said they'd like to see a Taliyah and Taric skin in this line, so that's a heavy potential if their opinions catch the ear of whoever is in charge. Plus, they tend to be trending with skins for recently overhauled champions, since the majority of them (Taric, previously Trundle, Karma, Sivir, Sion) don't typically have a lot of skins for the very reason that their previous looks were bad and they were waiting for a visual update to launch a new skin. If anyone is in line for a brand new skin, it's Taric, considering his last skin was in 2009, 7 years ago.
