Idea for a new champion

I got an idea for a new champion. It would have been the result of a scientist's mad ( heimerdinger ?) love for one of his drawings, which would have turned alive. I think he would be played as a support. He can throw his members, nlosing part of his resistancies, but running faster.

Q = Auto attack reset, (looks like a Garen's q with Camille's style in my mind) with his right feet. Deals more damages and slows by 10/25%. Cooldown time : 7 seconds

W = Makes his members inflate, increasing his resistances by but slowing him a little for 3 seconds. After these 3 seconds, any near enemies are slowed by more than 50%. Cooldown times : 9 seconds

E = Throws all of his members in the shape of half a circle, slowing and after a second rooting any enemy within. The members must be spaced out enough to can be dodged. Cooldown = 14 seconds

R : Switches between both forms. Cooldown time : 3 seconds
