Maybe more refunds
I want to discuss about maybe having more refunds , maybe not 3 but 5 or 7 , it would be much better in my opinion because I really want to refund some skins I have and hate thanks in advance bye!

Yes, this. You should be able to decide if you want something before buying it anyways, but having 1 a year could be nice.
