Fleabag the Feline Swordsman - Full Version
This is my first attempt at making a LoL champion. You asked for it. Since some people were scared and didn't want to download the file and see for themselves, here's the full version. And I seriously need help improving this design.
Fleabag Cat In League of Legends
I - PLOT Fleabag is a sea green antropomorphic cat with raised whiskers and black sunglasses wearing a white T-shirt, a brown jacket, blue jeans, and black sneakers. He was born and raised in the cartoonish land of Toontown. That's where his comedic personnality and fun comes from. Toons are known to never age, and Fleabag is at a constant 27 years. Fleabag had a martial art training session from the Starmaster in which he learned Ninjutsu, Kung Fu, Kaiojutsu and Ki channeling techniques. During that time, he mistakenly transformed into a much more powerful being referred to as the "Ancient Sabertooth". This form takes place whenever Fleabag reaches the peak of his anger, but later he learned to control himself. Later on, Fleabag found a white winged stallion named "The Lightning". The stallion flew with Fleabag upwards to the Moon Temple (also referred to as the Greatest Eastern Temple) during the night and helped him recover The Luna Sword. The Luna Sword is a mighty legendary broadsword forged from the sharp silvery rays of moon and is said to be able to shoot moonray lasers if wielded by a good-willed person. Shortly after recovering the Luna Sword, Fleabag was summoned by the Spirit of the Moon, Luna, to begin his swordsmanship training. It is believed that the training Fleabag underwent lasted for ten years in Moon days, but was only three days in regular Earth days. And with ten years of training with the world's strongest mystical broadsword I hope you start getting my idea of how good he is at slicing stuff. A couple of years later after Fleabag saved the world from numerous disasters, from mad power-hungry scientists to ill-minded terrorists and even the Spirit of Death Roy G Biv himself, he was summoned by the Starmaster and Luna which both worked together to create the Star Shield. It can absorb any form of attack and mirror it on the attacker.
TL;DR = Fleabag is an epic badass champion inspired from 20s cartoon characters. He's a green cat with a jacket and jeans and sunglasses and wields a broadsword than can shoot moonbeams and a shield that reflects anything.
II - RELATIONSHIPS Now that you've got the main thing, here comes Fleabag's relationships and reasons: (FRIEND) GAREN = Both of them share the same idea of loyalty and devotion for their motherland and for the army of good, Demacia. (FRIEND) MASTER YI = When not busy warring on the Fields of Justice, both of Yi and Fleabag enjoy meditating on the calm areas of Runeterra. (FRIEND) BRAUM = Who said a giant should be cold-hearted? Fleabag often helps Braum take care of the Poros, which in return provides friendship. (FRIEND) SONA = You know what I mean. cough (ENEMY) JINX = Fleabag was invited to Piltover specifically to deal with her and attempt to contain her. (ENEMY) DARIUS = Not only Darius spends alot of time taunting Fleabag, but he is also seen by him as a constant threat for peace. (ENEMY) VEIGAR = Since the beginning, The Luna Sword was forged to destroy all evil, and Veigar is the perfect embodiement of that.
III - SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability - Moralization: If Fleabag has not been harmed for 30 seconds, he and everyone around him will benefit of a small health and mana boost (10 HP/sec, 5 Mana/sec). If Moralization heals Fleabag to full health, any negative effect will be removed. It has the same range as the "Heal" summoner spell.
Q - Crescent Slash: Fleabag slashes the air, forming a horizontal crescent-shaped silver ray which goes forth and attacks all in it's path. Enemies reached will be stunned, and for every enemy stunned Fleabag gets a +5% speed boost until the cooldown period is over. (Under Sabertooth becomes Claw Attack with the same effect) Deals 60/120/180/240/300 damage Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Cool down: 10 seconds Range: Crescent-shaped, 600
W - Star Shield: Active: Fleabag lifts up his shield, and any incoming attack damage or stat lower will be mirrored at the attacker. During that time, Fleabag may not attack. After lowering the shield, Fleabag gets a short 10 second +20% speed bonus. Passive: Any incoming damage will be reduced to 90%/85%/80%/75%/70%, and Armor and Magic Resist are significantly increased (Under Sabertooth becomes Defensive Curl with the same effect) Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Cool down: 20 seconds
E - Sabertooth Rush: Fleabag turns into a mighty sabertooth, ravaging everything in his path, and doing triple basic damage. Every enemy attacked gets a -10HP/sec poison until the effect is over. During that time Fleabag cannot use any skills, cannot be attacked, and all movement is random and targets the nearest enemy, minion, or turret. Fleabag is stunned for five seconds at the end of the effect. (Under Sabertooth becomes grayed out until the end of the effect) Mana cost: 100/150/200/250/300 Time lasting = 5/10/15/20/25 sec Cool down: 60/55/50/45/40 sec
R - Ultimate - Luna Shine: Fleabag lifts up his Luna Sword to recharge, and after two seconds he unleashes a very powerful blast in a round shape all around him. Enemies reached will be reduced to silence and half of their current mana/fury will be taken away in case they survived. (Under Sabertooth becomes Big Cat's Roar with the same effect) Deals 300/450/600/750/900 damage Mana cost: 100/150/200/250/300 Cool down: 120 seconds Range: 1000
Due to his m4d h4x0r sk1llz, I'd rather play Fleabag as a Fighter/Mage or an Assassin/mage. His Crescent Slash is more than perfect for constant minion farming (wide range, low mana cost) while his Moralization ability is perfect for group healing after a failed charge.

VI - REACTION TO OTHER BOTS Whenever Fleabag is in a bot in a Coop VS AI battles, reactions are different depending on the case:

The reason why Diana BOT says this when encountering Fleabag is that Luna is her mother, and the Starmaster is her father. They have taught Fleabag his fighting skills and they've given him special weaponry and as a result Diana feels jealous about this.
VII - TRIVIAL FLEABAG INFORMATION Fleabag's /dance command is either the Robot Dance or Michael Jackson's Moonwalk. Fleabag's /taunt command shows him spinning his sword around. Fleabag's /joke command does a random dark humored joke. Fleabag's voice is mainly done by a young white male with a deep and relaxed voice. Fleabag's Sabertooth Form voice is made by a lower-pitched white male speaking in a throatal voice much like that of Warwick. Fleabag was inspired from 20s cartoons.
