I want to buy another jungle champion but I don't know which one is better.

Honestly, considering your level, pick the champion that seems the funnest to you. The "best" champion isn't going to truly matter until around Gold where counter picking becomes more important. Considering you're not even 30, that's a ways away. Buffs and nerfs will come and go by then and what is considered OP today could be the new Urgot Tier a year from now.
If I was to suggest the "best" champ, Jarvan would be your best bet (Numbers can be disregarded entirely, his kit is strong in any meta), while Olaf would be the one to stay away from (Riot's not a fan of Olaf, but he's strong in the right hands).
If I was to recommend a fun champ, I would say Hecarim from your poll. Nothing beats his 800+ MS ganks. Rammus is an interesting pocket pick however he serves best as a counter pick to heavy ad teams due to his thornmail-y playstyle. He's worth picking up in my opinion, but don't expect to get to play him every game with success. Pantheon is EZ Mode Carry. Freaking cancer early game champ... Uhh, let's just say I personally don't want you or anybody else infesting my games with that guy. But uh, his late game is trash, like, probably amongst the worst late games in the game. Be warned, you wanna play Panth? Learn how to end games fast.
However my personal favorites are Nautilus and Kha. Nautilus is just straight up THE WALL. You think Sion is hard to get around? Just walk by him. Nautilus? NAH MAN ROOTS AND SLOWS FOR DAYS. Oh somebody's walking towards my ADC? Hook 'em back! Oh Zed went in! <3 second knockup+stun>
Kha'Zix? Funnest and among the most rewarding Assassins in my opinion. With his evolving skills and playstyle built around adapting to the game, he's a lot of fun while also being a strong pick when learned properly. However... You're gonna need a full rune page for him. So uh, perhaps wait on him for now. His first clear is basically a Terror 6 Greater Rift on Diablo III. Also like Olaf, Riot hates him. His recent changes (BUFFS?!) have put him in a good place I feel but hey, who knows, maybe Riot will just completely remove his stealth next time! ... Seriously, Riot, please stop swatting Bug-Bae.
