Hello, this is the first time I made a thread, so here I go.

I miss the old karma kit, it's been what, 6 years? And I still would like to play with the old karma kit.

Now I don't hate the new karma, the new karma is an interesting champion, in it's own, but she plays and feels a lot different than how the old one did. The only thing I can argue is the same would be her ult, as it also upgraded her abilities in her old kit. The only thing I felt like was wrong with the old karma was more that not enough players would play her, but that was more because she had such huge versatility, she had the heal, the shield, there were a lot of Utility in her kit, especially in teamfights, she had a medium range, so you had to place yourself smartly or you would easily be picked out and die, but if she was left alone she could very easily keep the whole team alive.

Now I didn't want to revive threads, but I am going to suggest the same one suggested 6 years ago, which is adding Karma's old kit back into the game with the introduction of a new champion (could be sister, or maybe just Ionian Nobility that enters the battlefield to defend her settlement.)

I tried my hand at a sketch for this 'new' champion, keeping a lot of Karma's old design, as I really liked the look of her.

I would say keep her Q (make it magic or pedals that she throws out, if fans doesn't suit the aesthetics anymore), keep er E (shield) and her R (two charges, which makes Q heal, E explode and deal damage etc.) But feel free to remake her E as it was probably the least liked thing about her kit, not really useful in most situations. I wouldn't suggest anything mobility, as I feel like every champion introduced jumps around too much, and I feel like Karma is more smart placement etc. so something to maybe reflect that?

I would really, really hope to see the old karma kit back into the game, as I enjoyed it, and would love to enjoy playing it again, I understand the need to remake champions who are 'outdated' but I also think it's important to keep what made karma interesting in there, and I feel like it had been stripped clean with the new karma.

I would also like to first take a moment to express my love for old karma...but there are reasons beyond those listed that determined her rework.

The first thing I will mention is that her old passive made her absolutely insane. You built offtank Karma (hp/ap items wherever you can, with a RabCap) and you could 1v5 penta way too easily. You didn't really touch on it, so even though you personally know I'll throw this out there for redundancy and to let newer players know what the monster that was old Karma could do: You had more AP the lower your HP was...so by building offtank, you could not only NUKE THE ENTIRE TEAM with your old AoE Q ability, but HEAL 5/6 OF YOUR MISSING HP after doing so. And that was one (mantra...so technically 2. >.>) ability. About the only thing that lived old Karma burst if the Karma player played it right were the tanks or whoever knew it was coming and zhonya'd in time. and they were pretty quickly wiped out by the rest of her abilities, or by her team showing up to clean the scraps.

The second thing is that as much as I absolutely loved old Karma's kit, I'd still have to disagree here. New Karma's rework is actually in a decent place, and it's just as versatile. She has an AoE poke with plenty of stopping power, a chain that can still heal her for a ridiculous amount of damage when Mantra'd, and a shield/ms bonus that can almost function as a super low CD Sivir ult that trades the 10s of movespeed after the initial burst for a shield that affects the whole team. Old Karma was almost more of a stat check, particularly with her old passive, cause that thing was just out of hand.
