(PLEASE FIX RIOT) FINAL BOSS VEIGAR W IS TOO EASY TO DODGE

I play a lot of Veigar ranked, have gotten d3 with him. I have noticed that the final boss veigar skin is UNUSUABLE.

Using Final Boss Veigar puts the Veigar at a BIG DISADVANTAGE. Final Boss Veigars ray appears instantly and is 3x bigger and brighter Other Veigar skins have the w much more faint at the initial half second it is casted, and the animations are still less noticable during the rest of the animation. If the target is not cc'd, it is really hard to land the w, while the original animation hits twice as often.

_The animation should be changed to something like the original, with a circle hitbox (and the textures are siginificantly toned down) _
