Circus Clown Gragas

This skin should be part of the next Surprise Party bundle. Gragas carries a water balloon as his cask. When it breaks and the water balloon splashes, randomly either 1) a white rabbit hops out of it, 2) a spring goes boing, or 3) pigeons fly away. He has a white painted face and honks his red nose. He has big, red shoes and striped pants. Big poof-ball buttons run up his shirt. This makes for a great chroma. Gragas needs a new skin!!!
