Vladimir The Stick Figure

So with all of the visual updates on champs such as Poppy, Taric, Xerath and so on, why have Riot never updated Blood Lord Vladimir? They updated his classic skin and released the Soulstealer skin which is AMAZING and the animations are phenomenal, yet.... why is a 1820RP skin still look like it was made in Microsoft Paint?

I understand Riot is busy obviously but I think it's time they update the Blood Lord Skin. Because I love to play Vlad but it's sad when I look better playing his free skin then I do when I use a LEGENDARY skin.

Just my two cents. If you agree with any of this please bump so that maybe a higher up at Riot will see and they will release a visual update!
