I would like you riot to make a new skin for katarina something like galaxy or infernal katarina with affects cus rly with her abilitys you can do that and she needs new skins i dont say this cus i main her or anything like that its cus she need something new like many other champions you gave her a new splash art and you nerfed her and you diddnt do anything last 6 monts or more idc if there are small numbers of players who play her just give her some ultimate skin or any skin i mean too much suckable champions have ultimate or legendary skins and they dont even play them anivia has and i think every player doesent give a fuck about anivia so pls mke this happen

First, I used to be an Anivia main. Still love the lady bird. <3

Second, you might want to elaborate, how would an Infernal or [Super?] Galaxy Katarina skin would work. What would her VFX/Effects look like? Maybe add a mood board to help people get the feel of the theme you want her skin to have!

######A Mood Board would be a bunch of pictures you collect that have the feel you want the skin to have. It doesn't have to look exactly like how you imagine the skin, but at least one aspect of it would be nice as a reference. ######For example, if I were to create a mood board for Super Galaxy Katarina, I'd make sure to attach pictures from Mecha/Shounen anime and existing Super Galaxy skins! Describe how the skin would look like, using such pictures. :)
