As a former Shaco one trick pony, with 700+ ranked games over several years, I really feel that this skin is very unoriginal, mainly targeted at tweens. No offence to the artist, because it's really well made model + concept wise, but I can't help but feel it's so damn childish with yet another demon theme.
Masked Shaco is, and has always been my favorite skin.
Leave shaco alone dude. That thing needs a complete rework first.
Just an unimaginative idea:
Surprise Party Shaco with custom VO shouting “SURPRISE!” or “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” in two voices when he ults. And the boxes have party whistles. E is a cake knife.

but seriously that skin only looks 1350 tier at best
That one is nice but I'd personally want something else. Not too sure what as I haven't seen a lot of concepts or ideas floating around but i'm sure there's something that could be just as awesome out there.

Surgeon Shaco is a skin concept from 2014 i really want to have as a skin. I think the whole surgeon theme fits shaco very well.

Btw its not my skin concept, i just saw it a few years ago and it can't get out of my head.
I love the skin ideas for shaco but as a shaco main I think right now he needs to be looked at first before he gets new skins. Shaco has never get a reworked since he came out. He didnt even get a visual update. Shacos gameplay is kinda boring. I love his Q but the E where he throws his knife doesnt do much damage and it doesnt look impressive to me either. Shacos R is Good for me but I wish he has more clones so Players cant pick out who the real shaco is that easily. I personally think Shaco needs a reworked especially with his passive. I personally think is passive should not be on a cooldown at all and should be continuous. We are in a meta where we have an evelyn that goes invis all game, a Yasuo that dashes away from a fight as a windwall that stands forever and blocks incoming damage when threaten and at full build can destroy the entire team and also tanks and mages do some serious damage.
IMO it would be really a shame if it wasn't released
