Waterloo Azir

Since there is a Waterloo set of skins it would be cool to have a Napoleon Azir skin. It make sense Emperor Napoleon needs to be Emperor Azir, it would also be funny to have a tiny little Azir on a horse. He can also summon soldiers that thrust with bayonets. For his poke he could shoot a pistol. I think it would be great! Any thoughts?
