Salt and Veigar (Best Veigar Skin)

Dedicated to the saltiest yordle out there, Veigar!

I've had this concept in my mind for months and I finally decided to put my creative mind to the task of creating my wonderful Veigar skin concept. As you can see, I put a lot of time and effort into this skin concept, please enjoy and feel free to comment :)

Animations:

• The 'q' would now shoot potato chips
• The 'w' would now cast a falling vinegar bottle
• The 'e' would now look like the top of an open potato chip bag
• The 'r' would cast a giant salt shaker, for those salty surprises
