So here's my attempt at "fixing" this tank meta. **Wall of text** * /r/leagueoflegends

Nilin is designed to be an anti-tank type bruiser/assassin inspired by the current tank meta that is in my opinion, plaguing league at the moment. The following is just a rough idea of what I was thinking about on my way home.

Nilin, Glory's End.

Exposed - Q: Nilin throw's two blades in the air, which then fall down onto the target dealing # AD damage and reducing armor/magic resist based on the targets maximum health.

Thin Air - W: Nilin throws a smoke bomb on the floor, allowing her to go invisible for 2-3 seconds. If he/she attacks a target before this time has passed the effect will end with the attack. This ability does not grant move speed.

Duck'n Roll - E: Nilin rolls forward in a given direction. If Nilin rolls through an enemy champion, this will slow the enemy effected by % based on Nilin's current AD and deal a small amount of damage based on the enemies current health. (This I feel should do no damage and just a slow)

No Escape - R: Nilin brings down a cage around him/her giveg him/her increased move speed and a slight damage increase. All enemies inside this cage have their vision reduced to just inside the cage and are slowed for a small amount. All enemies inside the cage also have their armor/magic resist reduced by 30-50%. (This cage is only slightly bigger than Thresh or Veigar's cage. I'm not so sure about the slow however if Nilin is given the movespeed increase.)

The Bigger They Are... - Passive Ability: When Nilin attacks an enemy, they are given a mark that is displayed above their head. When Nilin attacks an enemy marked with his/her passive, he/she will do increased true damage based on the targets max health. If the target has 1000 - 1850 health, Nilin will deal true damage based on his/her AD on a scale of 1:0.7. If the target has 1900 - 2550 health, Nilin will deal true damage on a scale of 1:1.3. If the target has 2600 - 3650 health, Nilin will deal true damage on a scale of 1:1.8. Anything above 3700 health, Nilin will deal true damage on a scale of 1:2. Nilin's passive will come into effect once his/her ultimate ability - R is unlocked. (These numbers are rough ideas for where the squishies, bruisers and tanks are and will have to be adjusted by level starting from 6-18.)
