You could do something like this (Champion Alias) + (Location they are from)
Ex: Ionian Virtuoso (Jhin/Virtuoso) + (Ionia)
Soraka has Tinder, this was a name that really made me laugh when I thought of it. Not suggesting it or anything but idk, just do something similar like this can be a good name in my opinion.
If you roam the other 2 lanes often - "Bi Curious".
If you just stick to mid and shove it down - "The Conceiver".
