So I have a champion concept

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER TRYING THIS PLEASE BE KIND IN YOUR COMMENTS.

Justinus the Demacian whip master. The concept is an assassin for Demacia. His weapons are whips. He uses no AP. His abilities are as follows. His passive would be hiding in bushes gives him healing 2% of max health over time. The distance of auto attack/ basic attack is around 250 to 275.

His base health starts at 400 and goes up 40 each level. His base defense would start at 125 and goes up 20 every level. Magic resistance would be equal to his defense with a growth of 15 per level. Base attack speed would be .65 and grow .05 every level. Base movement speed would be 355. The damage for auto attack/ basic attack would start at 55 and raise 2.5 every level.

(Q) Rope pull. Strikes the enemy with whips causing a pull effect. Think Darius put not as far a pull in.

(W) Whip Spin. Snags the enemy and causes a spin that dizzies them reversing their movements for 1.5 seconds.

(E) Penetrating whip causes basic attack to have armor penetration for 3 seconds.

(R) Whip lash Grabs the enemy and wraps around them and "slices" through them no effect given.

(Q) Would be around 300 or 325. (W) The same distance as (Q)

(E) distance would be the same as auto attack/ basic attack. R range would be at best around 350. (Q) would be 55/65/75/85/95

(W) No damage but the effect would last .25 longer every level.

(E) 60/70/80/90/100 and

(R) 75/95/115.

His back story would be this. Raised in a common family of Demacia. Justinus dreamed of being something more than a commoner. He wanted to be respected and admired. At a young age his parents saw that unlike other children he would play with rope and string things of that nature. With this in mind his father presented Justinus with a whip for his eighth. Instantly he was in love with the gift and practiced everyday till he was able to do things no other child his age could do with such a thing. Over time he found that he could use both his hands to preform with the whip. By his fourteenth birthday he had mastered two whips. Feeling still that he was meant for more he traveled the realm of Demacia looking for his calling. Justinus came across Galio in his travels and was told tales of the League of Legends and felt a call to seek this famed league. He searched for years until he had made a name for himself besting anyone who came to challenge him in a contest of skill. The league hearing of his skills with whips sent word to him and thus his calling was found in The League of Legends.
