Why can't we create the rubber champion?! :D

Just general guessing:

Passive "Watashi wa Gumo dakara" : bounce basic attacks and certain abilities or take reduced damage, or can reach a long range with his abilities somehow. Q "Pistol": a punch that can be stretch to reach a far distance. W "Muchi": a kick were he can push whoever is his way to a wall and stun them E " Gatling gun": AoE damage to all that is in front of him and reaches a long range maybe R " Gear second/thrid" OR "Haki": like nidalee, he changes his form to gear second where he deals more physical damage, long reach, and do different abilities (it can be transformed to "gear third", your choice either to change to third or second gear. in gear third all his abilities are the same but deals AoE damage) OR he stuns his surrounding enemies while deal damage at the same time.

Q in GS "Jet pistol" or "red hawk": where he punches a strong punch and get his cooldown reduced if the punch lands. W in GS "Jet stamp": he does a frontal kick that knock enemies back and knock whoever the hit too. E in GS "Jet hammer": where he grabs an enemy champ and flip him on his head backwards and deal damage. R in GS "Red hawk": he does a flaming exploding punch dealing AoE damage.

laugh would be: "sheshesheshe" or "one of his ridiculous laughs" Joke would be: "gomu gomu no fuusen" and walks as everything is normal. dance would be: "dancing as a monkey maybe" threat would be: " omi no, baka ka?"

I can imagine that some of you guys agree some of you don't, but this guy would be awesome as a champion. if I am not mistaken, he had been one, but he was deleted or something I am not sure. Anyhow, I hope you like what you read. I know I missed a lot about Luffy, but he has a lot of stuff so don't blame me. And this is a long shot, but I hope if he was made, he would still be japanese. xD
