Playing League of Legends OFFLINE!

Hey Riot. I was thinking about the idea of being able to play League of Legends offline instead of needing a connection. Obviously you can play bots only, not online. But since being able to play offline is the "new thing" the first thing I thought of is League of Legends. If answered No!!, comment below why. Thanks Riot, MiniNinja

Playing offline requires them to store data locally on people's computers, making it much easier to manipulate game files
