I just think that Teemo needs a fix up
I suggest making his "W" (Move Quick) proc his passive
This would HUGELY increase the gameplay and the skill gap for people who actually want to play him. With RIOT not appreciating him by giving reworks and buffing/fixing up all the beta champions EXCEPT for Teemo, it's about time we help the guy out.

He just needs a complete rework. How he is now, I'll always hate him, no matter what champion I play vs him
make his E have an actual active. i play allot with my fingers resting on Q W E and my index finger stretching to R (or in my case 1 2 3 and 4) and when i play teemo i have to keep my index finger resting on R/4 cause his E/3 does not have an active and it is hard to keep my finger stretched that long. so i suggest we make the poison his passive replacing his invisibility and make the E a snare trap of sorts. have it act as cait's W where it will reveal the target and root them or knock them airborne.
I think he needs a full VGU alongside Kennen. Both looks like 2 silly potatoes, they feels outdated, really outdated
