Sorry if this has been asked but a quick search didn't turn up anything. I see Gentleman Gnar on Gnar's champ page, and I know 5.13 got published today, why does it say "unavailable"? Is the skin release coming later. or is my client/account bugged?
No, its not bugged. Its the same for me, Riot said its coming out sometime this patch and we have to wait. I feel your pain, I want this skin so much right now 
It does that nearly every time a skin comes out with a patch. Master Archanist Ziggs was "unavailable" for like a week. Same with the winter skins in 2014 (WW Orianna, SD Malz, PR Sej).
