Train engineer Lissandra Concept

Looks pretty cool! I love train stuff, myself. I do feel like there's some conflict between the model and the particles, though. The model/ult look like that steel "train" kind of look that we're talking here, but the other particles look more "earthbender" to me. Maybe leaning a little more towards the train stuff could help, like the E summoning train tracks in the path, or making a Q that slings coal (this is kinda done with the ult, though the tracks could probably contrast the ground a little more)? Just some ideas to consider; overall looks good so far! Keep it up!

I think it's decent. But I wouldn't spend 1350 on it. It looks more like a 975 skin.

However, if they ever consider a mecha skin (probably not since has program) they could make her a mechanized train when she dashes forward!

Have her throw coal for her auto attacks? Don't have the train come out of the ground for her ult, have it port in from hyperspace (Blurred fast animation) and runover her or someone on the enemy team then the engine starts heating up before going back into hyperspace lol.

I feel the claw should be a claw-shaped car on tracks; but I really like the art!

She is a serious character but a funny skin would definitey be welcomed!
