Bard Skin Request

Dear Riot,

Bard is my favourite champion (thank you for creating him!), and goats are my favourite animal; therefore, it would be amazing to combine the two and create Sheppard/Farmer Bard.

Ideas: Bard could be a Sheppard with a straw hat and cane or a farmer in overalls with a pitch fork. Chimes: bails of hay Meeps: Little goats (with sound effects) W: Empty buckets that fill with goat milk E: Bard could go through magical journey riding a horse or tractor. Or maybe even turn into a goat himself (similar to snow day bard). Or this could stay relatively unchanged. R: maybe a picket fence around edges
