Bane - The Warlock Alchemist
Bane is a new champion that deals magic damage from a reasonable range. (Art attached), Bane looks skinny (like Twisted Fate without a hat) and has a movement speed 345 and a starting health of 558. Attack damage initially starts at 60 with 21 armor, and an Attack Speed of .625 and a range of 552. Initial health regen is 5.3, mana is 340 with a regen of 6.0.
Lore: Bane, as a kid was abandoned by his parents when they left him on the streets of Piltover, where he was found by Kokoka, an alchemist. It was Kokoka that taught Bane everything about alchemy. Kokoka taught Bane to use his alchemy to kill, and Bane's mind was corrupted with evil. Years passed, and Bane found his way into the League of Legends due to fear of his power.

Animation: Bane's auto attack deals magic damage and is fired from his hands alternating every shot.
Passive: Mobile Sacrifice - While Bane has less than 25% of his maximum health, his movement speed is increased by 20-30% (depending on level).
**Q Ability: Soul Steal (Cooldown: 5s, Cost: 80 mana, Range: 600) - Bane throws a sphere of magic at an enemy dealing 50-140 magic damage and slowing the enemy by 10% for 7 seconds. **
W Ability: Sap of the Void (Cooldown: 20s, Cost: 50-100 mana, Range: 615) - Bane traps an enemy in a cylinder of magic, rooting them for 5s, but doesn't deal damage.
**E Ability: Blessing of the Elements (Cooldown: 40s, Cost: 75 mana) - Bane dashes forward a medium distance increasing movement speed by 10% for 10 seconds leaving a trail behind them lasting 5s that slows enemies by 10% and grants 10% movement speed to allies. **
R Ability: Fury of the Elements (Cooldown: 60s, Range: 725) - Bane releases the fury dealing 70 damage to any enemy who stands within a 200-radius area of the spell every second for 10 seconds. The AoE also slows enemies by 20% of their movement speed while they stand in the area.
**Skins**
Bologna Bite Bane: Bane is a large sausage. His auto attack now shoots bacon grease and has a sizzling smoke particle effect.
Laser Commander Bane: Bane is dressed in futuristic, space-themed armor as he is now the Captain of a space ship. His auto attack now shoots different colored lasers accompanied by a "pew pew" sound and an explosion particle effect.
Gangster Bane: Bane is now a gangster, and in each of his hands are a pistol. His auto attack now shoots bullets from these guns, accompanied by a "bang bang" sound and no particle effects.
