Pool Party Jinx wouldn't really have any special theme or logical choice of particles. She could just attend a pool party in her default skin and fit right in, with the shark-themed rocket launcher and her tiny top and short shorts. What exactly would be different about a Pool Party skin?
I don't think Riot has ever confirmed anywhere that they would make a skin for every champion they put in a pool party splash art. And in my opinion, pool party skins are some of the blandest skins in the game. Just put a champion in a swimsuit and give them a super soaker/ summery item, done. Also, Jinx being in this login was more to just tease at her release then anything else.
I love the idea of waterguns and kiddie pool chompers. I want to see enemy champions splashing around helplessly in them. And a beachball rocket.
Here's my thoughts on how to make it not just her normal skin, too. Because yeah, she would fit right in at a pool party by default.
Put MORE clothes on her. Put her in a scuba suit or give her a one-piece and a big floaty waist ring and arm floaties and big flippers and stuff.
Because even in that way, she's a rebel! She shouldn't fit in!
They've got so many champs in the splashes for the pool party skins, I can't wait for some new ones but I think they'd release them during summer If at all
her Q with machine gun could be a squirt gun then her Q with the rocket could be like a T-Shirt cannon or something perhaps idk something interesting like that
