It is so close to Halloween, wheres the skins? Last year and the year before they released Halloween skins, what about this year. I'm all hyped up, I remember even there being icons to earn during Halloween.

They're probably still wrapping up from Worlds. Several champions have a strange smoke animation on their pages on the site (like LB and TF); many speculate it has something to do with a Halloween event. I'm sure they'll have something soon.

Oh, and there are some skins. Reaper Soraka and I forgot the other.

I know there's her and the Wukong skin, but if those were announced and if they are for Halloween, does that mean Reaper Soraka isn't because she wasn't announced?

This is my first year with LOL, and it confuses me as to why it's already the 21st of October yet no harrowing.. I would think it should be the whole month of October, maybe even after the first week..hope it's soon
