i came across this fan art for a future tech vayne. i would gladly throw a lot of money at riot for this. all of vayne's skins are only minor cosmetic changes. i would love to see a skin like this, and it could have some amazing animations. could either be legendary or ultimate or even just a 1350 depending on how much work they put into it.
I think it should be a 1350 skin or legendary skin, another pulse fire ultimate adc skin would be disappointing to a lot of people.
