Crystal Scar Map Update

Have you all notice how no one play's crystal scar? probably because its not very fun and has really long ques. However, I think that Crystal Scar could become quite interesting if given an update. First I would update the map itself. Instead of the little town that currently is in crystal scar, maybe Riot can turn it into Bilgewater. Complete with docks,water, taverns, water, wharf's, water and boats. Instead of taking towers, you would have to take docks/buildings that represent Bilgewater factions. Bringing the Miss Fortune/Gangplank saga to life. There could even be a monster like Baron. The sections of Bilgewater you have to capture spawn minions, that way the more map you have control of the more minion power you have. The two sides (red and blue) would be Gangplank Vs Fortune. and the minions would all have pirate skins instead of the bland red and blue. one side would have Gankplank's colors, and the other side Miss Fortunes colors. The goal would be to conquer the map, symbolically uniting Bilgewater.
