Personally, I thought old Fiora was one of the most fun to play like I know quite a lot of people like new Fiora and think she's great and I'm not saying there's anything wrong with her, but my god her old ult was so strong and satisfying.
The old Fiora to me is a joke. i'd pick her when i wanted to troll the enemy team. And by troll the enemy team i mean run up to them and press R and they all die with zero counter play.
Just play Yi and Q everyone. Its pretty much the same thing.
Just more bland and boring with an extra helping of stupidly strong and annoying.
Ah yes useless W and an Ultimate that could one shot most fighters and all squishies or practically wipe a team while being untargetable. What a great champion.
