My champion idea
I thinked of champ with new mechanics in league Didnt thought of his name still (not that easy) Idea is him to be pretty flashy assassin kinda champion Full of leap mechanics and made for teamfights Like rengar just more complex :)

Lets start with passive:
Passive: Rampage After killing enemy(Minion,jungle creep or champion) Next basic attack in next 3/4/5/ second (at level 6/11/16) Will be skillshot leap (450 range) If enemy that is killed is minion or jungle creep, u will not be able to use passive on creeps in next 45/35/20(at 6/11/16 lvl) seconds However if killed enemy is champion passive dont goes on cooldown or is immidiately refreshed Basic leap deals 30/45/50 % of bonus AD plus current AD and its area skillshot Leaping to champion will make u binded to them for next 1.5/2/3 seconds (6/11/16) Bind: Champion is on enemy's back sharing same position with it(in theory:if i leap on enemy Braum, i will be attached to his back for several seconds) Binded abilities cost no mana
Q:Shred-Cooldown: 15/12/10/8/7 seconds /Stab-Cooldown 20/19/18/17/16 seconds
Shred: Buffs next basic attack to deal 25/30/35/40/45 % of ad in front half circle of champ(similar as tiamat)
Next basic attack deals 20/23/26/30/35 % more damage to autoattacked enemy based on current AD

Stab:Deals 110/115/120/125/130 % of your AD and slows enemy u are binded to
If ur enemy is already slowed u stun it for 1/1.1/1.3/1.4/1.5 second
*Shred and stab have separated cooldowns
*Stab can be only casted once during each bind
W:Try me/Unmount(binded)
Try me:Shields u for 20/40/60/80/100 hp plus 40/45/50/55/60 % of ur dealt damaged in past 4/5/6/7/8 seconds If Shield remains after 3/2.8/2.5/2.3/2 second u can reactivate W dealing 50% of damage ur shield blocked around u / Unmount:Unbind from enemy champion earlier(no cooldown) Activating Unmount will put passive on 9/7/6/5/4 seconds cooldown *If enemy dies during bind,u are automatically unmounted,and u get Movementspeed burst for 2/3/4 seconds (6/11/16 lvl) *Both your or enemies' Quick silver sash can make u unmount *If W shield is active when u are binded to enemy,activating Q will deal half of W and Q dmg together((Qdmg+Wdmg)/2)
E: Hunt to death Normal: Mid-range line skillshot Fires spikes damaging all enemies in line and slowing and marking all enemy champions hit If champ is marked, reactivating Q will make u dash for 75% of distance beetween u and enemy champ Spike damage Dash damage Cooldown :20/18/17/16/15 seconds
E(2nd idea):Dash and swing Cooldown 19/17.5/16.5/15.5/14.5 seconds Sets line to dash If in line theres champion,dashes 72/74/76/78/80 % of normal dash range Doing half of damage to minions and swings dealing normal dash damage in cone and slowing all enemies in cone If no champions in front of dash,dashes full size and deals 50/60/70/80/90 plus 90% of AD (this is damage that is also dealt in cone)
R: My territory Marks huge area that: Gives more movement speed First basic attack inside area is leap First attack inside My territory buffs Passive for next 9/11/12 seconds Buffs:-Range:600 -Damage:Lvl 1 ult :35/50/55 % Lvl 2 ult :40/55/60 % Lvl 3 ult :42/57/62 % Champion kills and assists inside "My territory" will make it last 3/4/5 seconds more Every consecutive enemy killing will increase basic attack range by 30 (lasts 4/x/5 seconds then refreshes) While in "My territory", passive just cant go on cooldown You ignore 10/13/15 % of armor while in "My territory" *Every basic in "My territory" is critical strike
HP :565 (+86 per level) AD :53 (+3.15 per level) Armor :26 (+3 per level) Magic Resist :29 (+1.5 per level) Attack Speed :0.66 (+2.8 per level) Health Regen :7.50 (0.76 per level) Movement Speed :355
Note:I didnt thougth of mana regen,ability costs and how mana he would have Pls be easy on me xp
