The focus of Imperi is a high skill floor and high skill cap control mage who can directly control what enemies can do. The result is this. The E is inspired by Urgot.

LORE "They are just puppets, who do not know they are being controlled. The string of mysterious reports, collectively known as "Imperi," began popping up in Demacia like wildfire after an unexpected and shocking conference of the High General Inori, where he discussed very scandalous and sensitive topics, even going as far as to reveal classified data and accuse a government official of a slanderous deed. Many noted that his eyes appeared blank and soulless, almost as if he was being controlled manually by an outside source. Each case had one thing in common; they were all made by characters who would otherwise have no reason to commit them. A nobleman with power committing suicide, a former general becoming a mass murderer, and a poor woman burning her house down and attacking civilians. Many accused this as an act of magic, causing a mass hysteria due to many fearing the immense and unknown powers of mages. Hunters were sent on a search for the source, though many came empty handed, except for Vayne one skilled and experienced hunter. She noted that there were burn marks on the backs of the criminals, and what seemed to be magic string was found near a crime scene, though that soon disappeared with no trace. What is known, however, is that the Imperi will use whatever and whoever it wants to further its goal- whatever it is.

SPELLS Passive | Pool of Binding | If an enemy is hit by three or more of Imperi's abilities within a 7 second period, it spawns an AoE lasting for 3 seconds that draws enemies into the middle, slows by them by 33% if they try to get out, and does 30 - 90 damage every .5 sec (depending on level)

Q | Puppet's Chains | Skillshot | Imperi fires out a mystical chain that attaches to an enemy and damages them on contact. While the enemy is chained, they are slowed and Imperi can recast Puppet's Chains to fling them in a certain direction. (Slightly farther than a Lucian dash.) The chains break if the enemy goes too far away. 60/75/90/120/140 (+35% AP) on first contact. | 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 sec CD

W | Isolation Brand | P+C | Imperi brands the enemy for controlling, placing a timer on them for 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 seconds. When the timer ends and the brand is activated, the target takes damage and all nearby enemies are blasted away, isolating the target. If the enemy is hit by Imperi's Q during the brand or up to 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds after the brand detonates, the enemy is flung farther away with the Q's second cast. 70/80/90/100/110 (+20% AP) on detonation to target and nearby enemies. | 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 sec CD

E | Puppet's Positioning | Skillshot | Imperi throws a skillshot at an enemy, leaving them Readied if it hits an enemy champion. After the first cast, Imperi can recast for free within 5 sec to leave another champion Readied. If the recasted skillshot hits a champion that is already Readied, the status effect is removed. When two enemy champions are Readied, the positions of the two champions are swapped (no damage). 90/100/110/120/130 (+50% AP) | 15/13/11/9/8 sec CD | Readied status duration: 5 sec

R | Puppeteer's Mastery | Skillshot | Imperi throws a slow moving orb of powerful mystic energy in a line. When it hits a champion, that champion is Possessed by Imperi. While Imperi is possessing a champion, he cannot move, use any of his original abilities, or use his items until the ult duration wears off, the target dies, or Imperi dies. When Imperi possesses a champion, he takes full control of the champion, as if they were a puppet. He can move the champion, use the champion's spells, use the champion's items, and even attack with the doll. Imperi can attack enemies, however, his allies can kill the doll, which kills the original champion, as well as turrets can damage the doll, which can also kill the original champion. | 200/300/400 (+40% AP) to original champion. | 180/140/100 sec CD

I've often thought of a mind control champ, but I don't think there's a way it could be balanced. Possessing the enemy champion would always kill them. At level 6, you would just need to land your passive trap, then ult them. You take their possessed champion and walk it under your tower and they die. Then they come back to lane and you mind control them while they're under their tower, make them walk out, and let the jg kill them. Gank bot (or just be the sup), use the enemy ADC to kill the support, then walk the ADC back into your team to die. I really like the idea, but there's just no way I can think of to make it fair. Note: The E is an awesome ability.
