Hecarim Skin idea
'' Winged Hussar Hecarim''-sounds beautiful and he could be beautiful. Something like xin zhao with Hussar skin, even better.

Kazekiba3 votesNah what hecarim needs is a skin where hes like, a headless horseman. and on fire. Cant believe it's 2019 and Hecarim doesn't have any flaming horseman skins yet.
Velzard of Koz1 votesRight? There's even so many skinlines it would fit in like Halloween or High Noon but they keep avoiding it.
Okraki1 votesMy Little Pony Hecarim.
