Katarina Skin Idea: French Maid Katarina

As most of the community is aware, there are some Touhou references within League of Legends. This includes Wriggle's Lantern, Youmuu's Ghostblade, Lux's ult, a quote, and two skins, etc. Me, being a Touhou fan, believe that we should add a French Maid Katarina skin into the game. My fellow fans are familiar with Sakuya Izayoi; a devoted and somewhat murderous maid who is exceptional at throwing knives, manipulation of time, and teleportation. I believe that with the similar characteristics that Sakuya and Katarina share, i believe that Riot should add a French Maid Skin for Katarina. I believe it can work since: one, we already have several Touhou references; i.e. those named above, and two, that other players are wanting to know what other champs could look like with a maid outfid besides Nidalee. I have very little artistic skills for drawing a concept art for the skin, so I would appriciate it if my fellow fans can design one for us. I have faith that you fans out there can create a good Concept Art for this skin. Thank you for taking your time to read this post.
