Taric and Mordekaiser. Stop updating your mid range champions and update your oldest models that look like bantha poodoo. You say it will take a lot of work, so hire new artists to make these models. You're not a "small" company anymore. Time to put those big boy pants on.
They are working on them.
It's not as simple as making new models for them. They need to brainstorm new designs for them, talk amongst others on the team to see what parts of their original designs to keep and which to scrap, and then find out what to add.
And aside from that, which can take months, they also prefer to release visual updates alongside gameplay updates (which both of these champs need BADLY), and that adds even MORE to the artist's job. They have to animate the new spells and create the new effects. It all takes a lot of time.
As a student who majors in 3D animation and graphic design I understand what goes on when it comes to creating concept art before working on the in game models. If their artists are over worked as it is, they should hire some more. They aren't a small company anymore. I'm saying they need to prioritize their champ model updates. They made a statement how much harder it is for the older ones, the fans have given them plenty of concept art to draw ideas from so they aren't starting with a blank slate.
