Lots of champions are basic attack oriented and teemo can just click on an enemy to make their basic attacks pointless. I believe Teemo’s Blinding Dart should become a skill shot that stops if it hits an enemy but can go through walls. I believe this is a reasonable nerf. Do you think this is a good idea Riot should do??
They should just follow the same idea of Quinn and change his blind to nearsight, maybe adjust some numbers accordingly. Makes him a lot less annoying to play against.

if anything he need buff w/ activatable e, for 34 / 68 / 102 / 136 / 170 (+ 70% AP) bonus dmg on next aa, while still being its current passive while not on cd.
