Mastery Score Leaderboards

I was thinking that Riot could make leaderboards for people that have high mastery score with certain champions, like there could be separate leaderboard for each individual champion. Plus, if you're trying to learn a champion, and if they're ingame, you can maybe spectate them and learn from what they're doing. I like statistics, so I think this'd be a good idea to implement. Thoughts? Suggestions?
