mirAcIe4 votesThis art was originally created under the name Pulsefire Evelynn. And it fits her theme more. Her Q spikes and the ultimate could be remade as blaster/lazer particles while all PROJECT champions seem to be fighting with a bladed weapon.

Well it's not literally a Warframe theme, they just took their inspiration from it. This art is old and it was meant to be Pulsefire Evelynn by the artist.
GreenLore3 votesActually the project skins seem to be more a reference to Metal gear rising than warframe. Warframes artstyle is a lot more alienlike than metal gears or projects.

Similar to this,metal gear rising also has cyborg samurai which fits project yi and yasuo being the poster boys for the project series.
