[IDEA] Cleanse and Clarity tweaking ?

Could u guys add some tweaking to Cleanse and Clarity since no one pick them nowadays .?

New Cleanse : COOLDOWN : 250 https://i.imgur.com/ZPdourM.png Removes all disables (including suppression and airborne) and gives you 15/30/45% tenacity for 3 sec.

Old Cleanse : COOLDOWN : 220 https://i.imgur.com/pX7I2AR.png Removes all disables (excluding suppression and airborne) and summoner spell debuffs affecting your champion and lowers the duration of incoming disables by 65% for 3 seconds.

New Clarity SR : https://i.imgur.com/bv8XTA5.png Restores 60% of your champion's maximum Mana. Also increase your mana regen by 200% for 10 sec.

Old Clarity : https://i.imgur.com/tJsuVJQ.png Restores 50% of your champion's maximum Mana. Also restores allies for 25% of their maximum Mana.

Clarity will never be good unless mana regen is nerfed into the ground such that some champs cannot lane without it at all. In which case they probably still can't lane WITH clarity either since the cooldown is too long.

If you think about the other mid-lane spells, Ghost, Cleanse, Barrier, Heal, Exhaust, Ignite all help you survive or get kills. Clarity... helps you stay in lane for another couple minutes. Tweaking the spell isn't going to change that.

I never understood why Cleanse removed less than QSS anyways.

What's wrong with current cleanse..? It's a situational summoner but its used and works plenty well.

Clarity who cares, its basically ARAM only summoner since current iteration of spellbook is bad.

as much as it sounds.. its a bad idea to tweak it.. there is a reason why Riot made an item known as Quick silvers.. even tho it only has an ad build path ... then you can argue oh ap cant build it... well ofc.. becaus ap get zhonyas
