Can we get some new girly champs?

Newer player but big fan, been playing for over a year. I'm constantly amazed by the creativity of the characters Riot is consistently putting out. It's a vast range of amazing tropes and new ideas. That being said, looking at the past four years of releases, It's hard to find a super feminine character in the bunch.

Riot brings a great amount of diversity in character styles from all different backgrounds, but excluding the star-guardian skins, it's been a long while since you've released a outwardly girly character. Xayah gets close, but still feels gritty and tomboy-ish. I'd be lovely to have a new character in line with the Janna, Ahri, and Lulus. Perhaps in a role we wouldn't be used to seeing a girly girl. I.E. a tank with mystical armor, or a jungler. I feel like if I want to play a girly-girl I get stuck with either Support or Mid. While I love those roles, I'd love to branch out with characters that actually interest me.
