Fizz and teemo babies

Hey guys, My friend and I were discussing what kind of champion we'd get if teemo was to have babies with fizz. I reackon it would be awsome. I mean, what kind of abilities would that champion have and what would they be called. Well I came up with a few awsome idea's. I reackon the champion would be called either tizz or feemo. As for their abilities. His/her Q could be a lunge or dash with good distance that does strong hybrid damage that also blinds and poisons. His/her W, could be a much like nidalee's spear except its global, has a shorter cooldown, does more damage and poisons on hit. His/her E would be a buff that gives him huge movement speed, make them invisible and untargateable for 4-6 seconds. And finally as for his/her ultimate, they could fire out a hybrid poisonous, and invisible great white urf that poisons targets continuesly for 6 seconds, slows and makes the champion instantly teleport to the target to deal lots of damage.
