Why are there no cool/good Xerath skins? (Also give Ivern a skin please)
After reaching out to Riot support about the state of Xerath skins, I was directed here to make the inquiry. Here is a portion of the message I sent to Riot:
"I have been playing a lot of Xerath lately and absolutely love the champion. Having a whole kit of skill shots makes me feel like Chris Kyle when I land them on the Rift. But, after playing all of these Xerath games recently and popping off, I really wanted to get a nice skin to flex with, something that really says "I spend more money on pixels than you do". When I went to the Riot store and checked Xerath's skins, alas, there was not a single good, extremely cool Xerath skin. All of the Xerath skins are old and the visual effects are outdated, and the splash arts are not aging well. Riot, please feed my addiction to this game and spending money on it (god help me I need to stop spending money on it), and create a NICE/COOL/DANK/SOMETHING NOT A RECOLOR skin for this blue lad. He is an absolute unit and needs an awesome skin. Attached are some mock-ups I have created for the skin creation team to look at. If they need any help, my IGN is Jumi. I gotchu.

Ok but seriously where is a Cosmic Radiance or Cosmic Dawn Xerath or Super Galaxy Xerath PLSSSS?
