Should Riot do a new skin for yorick? Yorick doesn't have a lot's of skins so should Riot do a decent skin for him?

hes the only champ from season 2 with just launch skins
I hope he get if not a legendary skin than just a 1350 skin. Something nice. I had never spent money on this game but for Yorick I am aways ready.
