Gifting Skin shards/permanents without RP

Dear Riot Games, my friend is a Kled main, and shortly i rerolled three skins into "Count Kledula". I'm a Blitz main, and a few months ago my friend got Goalkeeper Blitz in a Chest. Now, we both have to either disenchant or reroll the skins :(( Maybe there is a way that you can add a way to gift skin shards/permanents to friends, if you get them as loot? Thanks a lot <3

Unfortunately, I doubt Riot would ever do that because then people would have less incentive to buy skins, because why buy skins when I can just trade with friends? They're still a business so trading skin shards/permanents is a feature that we probably will never get.
