An idea for a new item or perhaps item passive.

Hey people of the internet.Yesterday me and my friends were bored so we had a competition for best iten concept. There were great ideas, but one really stood out.It was an item from the hextech family (Gunblade,GLP & etc) which was a hybrid item like GB, but with lower stats and some armor. Everyone was confused why until I pointed out the unique passive which made it interesting. The passive is that your ability scalings on EVERY category (Max Hp, Enemy hp missing,Ap,Ad,Armor & more) were increased by 40% for ranged and 60% for melee. I know it may sound too overpowered, but I think it's a pretty interesting concept. I'm not that good of a player but it could make a good item.Thanks for reading!
