A new champ idea!!!

I would like to see a new champion in the game that hes a champ that has a skill that combines other champion skills in like a portal and it does a crazy combo move this would be very fun to see ^.^ like an ashe arrow with like a jinx rocket and jinx rocket is frozen and it stuns and does massive dmg that would be kinda cool O.O

It'd have to use AAAAAAAAALLLLLLL the skills in the game and that'd take a LOOOONG while to do. It can't just combine some skills because then the champ would only work with a few champions.
