As epic as this looks, he would 110% be wearing a mask, because skulls are pretty much a no-go in China due to their culture. I mean, China already was the reason Karthus was made to be more zombie looking, so I dunno why people keep trying to force the skull back on him.

nevermind possible issues in china the skull just doesn't fit the bloodmoon line.

It would and should most likely be replaced with an oni mask like most bloodmoon champs use. In fact idk why the artist went with the horns but then the regular skull. other than that it's dope.
