What Champion/Skin do you want a chroma for?
I'd love to see Neon Strike Vi. I always liked that skin, but hated the colors.

Blue Dragon Slayer 
Jarvan- I always thought that the skin was kinda lame in compare to, say, Dragon Slayer Braum, but recently thinking about it, "What if his armor was blue?" and I immediately got excited about the idea.
I have Monarch 
Kog'Maw but I think it could be cool if it had other colors.
Justicar 
Aatrox was always appealing to me, yet it always felt too simple in compare to something like Mecha Aatrox, but I think that Justicar's Chromas would make me buy the skin for sure.
Green/Purple/Red Classic 
Rek'Sai- I like her default skin more than her Eternum skin, and having more colors to would be simply epic. I can't wait for that.
These are the ones that stick out in my head the most. :P
I personally don't think skins should have chroma packs, only champions.
Well a red Diana skin is a given.
I would also like a black Zombie Brand, but thats a rare-ish skin so I don't expect it any time soon
