I always thought Lulu's hat looked like an open banana and she IS also a support like Soraka so I thought it could work right?

order of the banana soraka was part of 5 skins that were released at the same time, so it is not like warring kindgdoms or project: skins where they are going to make more skins of the same concept over time.

Order of the Banana is a tongue in cheek skin that only applies to Soraka.

Order of the Banana soraka is a joke skin somewhat making fun of the Order of the Lotus line (Karma, Irelia). Considering she is the only Champion to use Bananas there's no need to make more.
